Alli and Brian’s wedding was a special one, as the Outstanding Occasions team had the pleasure of planning Alli’s brother’s wedding two years prior to hers, so we were so excited to be working with their sweet family again. When we sat down with Alli and Brian to discuss their special day, we immediately connected with their vibrant energy and radiant personalities, and knew we were in for a fun planning experience. This gorgeous couple exchanged vows in a gorgeous spring ceremony at the Arizona Biltmore, with their color palette perfectly mirroring their bubbly and bright personalities. The amazing Petal Pusher designed a romantic white bouquet for the bride, with subtle hints of peach and greenery, while the bridesmaids carried white roses accented with bubblegum pink peonies.
The incredible outdoor ceremony was held on the Squaw Peak Terrace at the Arizona Biltmore. The aisle was dusted with ivory rose petals and lined with full cream and peach floral arrangements with lush greenery, set on top of rustic wooden boxes. These bright colors, paired with the crisp white chairs, popped against the fresh spring lawn. Alli and Brian said “I Do” underneath a stunning chuppah, draped in white fabric and lined with a lush garland composed of greenery. After the ceremony concluded, guests were greeted with two of the couple’s favorite signature drinks, a Prickly Pear Sparkler and a Miller Lite. Right before it was time to head in to reception, attendees were guided to find their name and table number at the unique escort card display consisting of a tall dark wood backdrop with bright pink ribbon, with pinned escort cards design by Courtney Callahan and lined with florals by Petal Pusher.
When cocktail hour ended, guests made their way into the Grand Ballroom for a fun-filled night of dinner and dancing. Beautiful and luxurious centerpieces consisting of lush peonies and white roses as well as silver pillar candles greeted guests as they approached their table. The table numbers, set in rustic gold chic frames, gave the table a delicate and simple touch. Gold tablecloths and ivory napkins by La Tavola perfectly tied all of the charming details together.
A dance party ensued soon after the reception was over, and the newlyweds danced the night away – and even did the traditional horah – to lively music by The Instant Classics. A delicious four-tier wedding cake fueled the guests into the late hours of the evening. All of the special moments were captured by Erica Velasco Photography! Our team had such a blast watching all of the fun unfold, and we could not have done it without our amazing and helpful team of wedding professionals!
