Pops of vibrant magenta and lush greenery gave Ali and Sam’s nuptials a bright, happy energy. We fell in love with this couple’s fun-spirited personalities from the moment we met them! Ali’s bridesmaids wore taupe, floor-length dresses and carried cream-colored bouquets filled with organic styled greenery, perfectly complementing Ali’s beautiful ivory gown and colorful bouquet created by the talented team at Petal Pusher. Simplistic, elegant stationery with a monogram detail designed by idieh design, perfectly captured the beauty of this special day.
The ceremony on El Chorro‘s Casa Paloma Lawn was anything but ordinary. The floral encrusted cross served as the focal point of the ceremony, with Camelback Mountain shining in the background. The aisle was dusted with soft white rose petals and classic chairs that popped against the lush green grass. As the intimate ceremony concluded, guests made their way to the Casa Paloma Patio for an outdoor cocktail hour. Guests lounged on oversized linen chairs and elegant tufted sofas from Inspired Environments, while the amazing Lexi Moody Photography captured the smiling faces of guests mingling and indulging in delicious appetizers and cocktails. As cocktail hour concluded, guests found their table assignments on a rustic wood board draped with ribbons and floral.
Guests were awestruck as they made their way into Casa Paloma and found themselves surrounded by incredible hanging floral chandeliers and a wide array of unique centerpieces. Abundant bright florals, tall tapered candles, artichoke candle holders, glass vases filled with brussels sprouts and cauliflower table number holders delighted the eye. The neutral Beatrice Garden and Chelsea Natural linens from La Tavola Fine Linens adorned the guest dining tables allowing the colorful centerpieces to really pop while the combination of vegetables, flowers and greenery against the descanso wood head table created a rustic vibe, with a fun twist. The décor for Ali and Sam’s El Chorro wedding certainly was unique, natural and bright! After dinner concluded, guests danced the night away under hanging greenery and floral to tunes by the Lucky Devils Band and treated themselves to some delicious dessert by Paula Jacqueline Cakes.
One of the fun parts about what we do at Outstanding Occasions is translating the bride and groom’s personalities into the design and décor of the most special day of their lives. This wedding certainly reflected Ali and Sam, and nothing makes us happier than that. We definitely could not have done it without our team of amazing wedding professionals, and a BIG thank you to Lexi Moody Photography and Something New Media for capturing all the prettiness!
