One of our favorite things to do at Outstanding Occasions is to reminisce about our gorgeous weddings, and what better day to share a story of forever Valentines than Valentine’s Day?! Rich colors and endless love were to be found everywhere at this perfect February Four Seasons Scottsdale Resort wedding. Brenda and Rick’s luscious color palette and romantic evening were driven by Brenda’s incredible career as a romance novelist, making this night one for the books…literally! The bride was beautifully dressed in a sweetheart cut ball gown adorned with delicate flowers trailing down the sides, complemented by various shades of orchid blooms, with a jeweled wrap designed by Petal Pusher. Bold, yet elegant stationery perfectly captured the romantic theme with pink tones and gold accented calligraphy, designed by Idieh Design.
Stealing the attention of the guests, the ceremony chuppah was embellished with a crystal chandelier and white and blush hydrangeas, roses and orchids creating a soft, romantic vibe. The lawn was set with elegant gold chameleon chairs with ivory cushions as well as two elaborate arrangements with dripping orchids at the start of the aisle! Following the heartfelt ceremony, guests made their way to cocktail hour on Ironwood Terrace at Four Seasons Scottsdale Resort, which was transformed into a classic pink and ivory dream. Blush highboys, ivory linen tables, and pink florals set the perfect ambiance under the natural light of the Arizona sky. When it was time for guests to make their way inside for the reception, guest found their seating assignments on a sophisticated acrylic escort board filled with lush florals including orchids and hydrangeas.
For the reception, the Ironwood Ballroom was transformed into a scene out of a romance novel! Tastefully detailed gold chameleon chairs with fuchsia seats were set at each table, perfectly coordinating with the elegant gold-accented china and gold chargers! Rosedust and Scarlet linens from La Tavola Linen, detailed the ballroom giving a flirty feel to the evening. Atop the guest tables, tall clear vases with bold, luxurious arrangements by Petal Pusher were filled with rich pink hydrangea, red and fuchsia roses, and orchids. Gold pillar candles set in crystal candle holders setting a romantic tone for dinner. A vibrant fuschia lounge accented with gold pillows, candles and rose petals brought a sultry tone to the reception, while gold draping in the ballroom completed the look. As dinner concluded, The Instant Classics kicked off their set by inviting guests to join on the dance floor for some fabulous tunes. Brenda and Rick enjoyed a gorgeous cake and a night filled of dancing, love, laughter and great company.
